I agree that I will not record this Program without the express written permission of Ra Heru Nu Nefer. Dating through audio, video, or any other means.  I understand that if caught violating this rule, I will be immediately dismissed from the Program and will forfeit any money paid. I agree that this program and the audience may be audio or video recorded by AlphaZen Dating Dating.

I further understand and agree that any material presented, contains copyrights, trademarks, and other original works of AlphaZen Dating, and that any duplication or distribution of said work is unlawful. I also agree that I will not disclose to any competing dating or pickup organizations or individuals any of the content I am privy to during or after the Program or use the information presented in a Program as the basis for a competing business. I further acknowledge that this material is highly confidential, and for my personal private use only.

I understand and agree that the ideas, tips, techniques, and ideology that I will be exposed to are subjective and opinion-based in nature, to be used for entertainment purposes only, and not to be considered as professional advice. Any claims of success made by Austin or members of his staff may not be typical. Because results vary, AlphaZen Dating and his company make no guarantees regarding my performance while using his techniques during and after the program. I agree never to use any of the content that I learn in an unlawful manner and never to disrespect a woman or her wishes.

I shall not hold AlphaZen Dating or its principal liable in any way whatsoever for any damages incurred as a result of using or my inability to use the concepts I learn at this Program and other third-party providers used, or any other product or service to which I am exposed to as a result of my relationship with AlphaZen Dating. I agree to forgo litigation and settle any matters using Binding Arbitration if a conflict should arise between AlphaZen Dating Dating (including its staff and Principal) and I.

I agree to all the terms of this agreement and will attend the live program and show up at the appointed time ready, willing and able to make my best effort to utilize the material presented. 

I’m taking part in this program with a clear head and mindset. I am not taking part in return for the promise of any expectations or results whatsoever. I understand that all Program payments are non-refundable once the course has commenced and that the Program does not present any money back guarantee.

I understand that if paying a deposit, my balance is due 15 days before the first day of the Program.  If attending a private one-on-one coaching session, my payment is due seven (7) days prior to the first date of start.

Cancellations or non-attendance for the Programs or postponements are as follows:

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full at the time of re-booking.

Any cancellations or non-attendance for The Programs are nonrefundable and nontransferable, with 100% of payments forfeited.

Program rules. Each student must adhere to the following:

1) Once you pay you must attend the entire program.  If you skip parts of the course, walk away, leave, or show up late to the program, you are NOT entitled to a full or partial refund.

2) You must report any mental or psychical illness prior to the start of the program. If you are on any medication, you must notify AlphaZen Dating or one of his instructions prior to starting the program.

3) You must communicate to your instructor any reasonable dissatisfaction before, during or after the program. You must allow the instructor adequate time to address your concerns and make any changes necessary. 

If you are registering for Programs, you authorize AlphaZen Dating to charge the credit card on file for any and all rents that are due.

I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness, and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.

Please note that photographic, audio or video recordings may be used by AlphaZen Dating for the following purposes:

By agreeing to this release, I understand that this permission signifies that photographic and video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on the distribution of these materials. This release applies only to photographic, audio, and video recordings produced as part of the programs listed in this document.

I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound by the contents within. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
